This is our time!
The vision for Cooper Creek has been held for two years by a small group of devoted community members. Jean Marc, with his wealth of experience and connections partnered with Bob & Cheryl, the landowners, to plant the seed of community at Cooper Creek.
The Vision:
A regenerative community living in harmony with each other and the land, growing food, generating revenue, and becoming the Kootenay’s example of conscious living.
In late 2024, a highly qualified and dedicated team of volunteers assembled to undertake a feasibility study to determine the exact process and logistics required to physically create the community, ensure governmental approvals, and securing financing and institutional support.
Now, on March 26, 2025, the Cooper Creek Development Team invites stakeholders, regenerative experts, potential residents, investors, and community leaders in the Kootenays to the Virtual Open House with the purpose of sharing this opportunity and collaborating to make this vision a reality.
